Tuesdays on Poverty

• Term plan

For the remainder of our lives most of us will be aware that many people suffer significant deprivation. In Tuesdays on Poverty we hear how different people respond to global poverty effectively, yet stay (somewhat) sane. Each week will also have a concrete Action, a Briefing on a Millennium Development Goal (MDG), and a Cameo or brief description of activities some students are involved in, and others could be. Speakers include Salil Shetty - the Global Director of the Millennium Development Goals Campaign.
