Oxford Hub's pop-up refill shop selling food and household products.
OxUnboxed is a non-profit pop-up shop run by volunteers, where customers can refill containers with food and household products - from white rice to washing up liquid. We pop-up on Saturday afternoons in the Oxford Hub office above Turl Street Kitchen!
Our aim is to help students and local residents reduce their plastic waste and save money! We were launched in Autumn 2018 with the support of Oxford University's Environmental Sustainability team. If you have any questions about the shop, or would like us to "pop-up" somewhere near you, drop us an email at email@example.com.
Join the team!
We are always recruiting for assistants to run the shop and help out with bringing in orders. Shifts are flexible based on your availability, so if you'd like to lend the odd couple of hours to help out then sign up below!
We're also currently looking for a shiny new publicity officer to help us manage our social media and publicise what we do. If you're interested, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more!
Oxford Hub is committed to making our activities inclusive to everyone. We can make reasonable adjustments to application processes, training sessions, volunteering projects and other activities, and can reimburse expenses such as bus tickets. We also provide ongoing support for the students we work with, so if you have particular accessibility needs, including special educational needs, please do get in touch at email@example.com and let us know how we can make the activity more accessible.
